My son has Aspergers and ADHD and struggles with distance learning, sitting in one place and trying to focus on the computer screen. He loves this stool. He no longer is slouched over, he doesn’t get as tired and he seems to be able to sustain his focus. I am a yoga therapist and see how this stool sets my son up to have great posture. His natural lumbar curve is supported. He no longer gets in as much trouble spinning a stool or leaning a 4 legged chair back and forth.One improvement that could be made is to create more cushion as the seat is firm. This however doesn’t outweigh all the other great qualities of this chair and the firmness doesn’t bother my son. I borrow this stool on weekends when my son isn’t using it. I am organizing my book shelves and it’s a great help. We also pull it out for board game night at our coffee table.I ordered several stools to compare, and I found this to be the best option. I highly recommend this stool.
